Our Annual Safety Inspection and Precision Tune-Up of your HVAC equipment will help insure safe, reliable and efficient comfort. Your HVAC equipment warranty from the manufacturer requires regular maintenance be performed to remain valid. Lubricating, cleaning and necessary adjustments will help improve efficiency and extend the life of your equipment.
The benefits of having a prepaid Yearly Maintenance agreement are:
- Discount on the equipment Precision Time-Up
- There is a $15.00 savings to customers without air conditioning.
- There is a $35.00 savings to customers on a gas furnace and A/C agreement.
- The discounted pricing is based upon work performed during “off-season” planned visit date listed.
- Discount on repairs for customers with a prepaid Annual Maintenance Agreement.
- 15% discount on any repair fee that may be needed on the covered equipment during the term of the agreement.
- YMA customers pay no overtime rates on repair fees of equipment covered. (no discount on diagnostic fee)
- Priority Service
- Customers with a Yearly Maintenance Agreement receive Priority Service.
