Arctic Air installed a new furnace in one of our rental properties in November of 2013 just as the cold weather hit! I called them before lunch and within a few hours I had the diagnosis of the situation and was advised I needed a new furnace. By the end of the next day, the tenants had a brand new quiet and far more efficient furnace. In fact, they had to keep double checking to see if it was still working. My wife and I recently purchased my childhood home that was built in 1963. After being here one year, we decided to have our duct work looked at and cleaned. After Arctic Air came in; we immediately knew we made the right decision. Jake and Nick took the time to explain what they were doing and show us how dirty they truly were. After they completed the job, Jake showed me how clean they got the duct work. We now know that our air is far cleaner than it has been in years and we highly recommend them to anyone!
